The 13th is unlucky in the fact that we are setting off for home today. The hotel has arranged a civilised time of 8.30 for cases to be put outside our room and after breakfast we leave for the airport at 11:00.
I can think of worse places to sit and wait for a coach.

It was all going so well. The coach arrived on time, we got off at Livingstone Harry Mawanga International Airport and were second in the queue for check-in. The overzealous porter, who insisted on putting the cases on the conveyor belt, but did so before the previous cases had left so ours disappeared through the hole that cases go on thier way the the aircraft, minus labels or even before they were checed in. We then had to wait until security had recovered them and brought them back to be checked in.
The second disappointment was, after climbing the stairs, we found the lounge which we should have had access to, was completely empty of everything other than chairs. So we set off back down to the cafe for a large G&T.
We sat looking out the window, watched an internal flight disembarking, and then embarking, with passengers wandering all over the tarmac to take photos on their way to and from the small terminal.
Other than a four hour wait berween flights at Johannesburg, the remaining journey was smooth if not long.
Roll on the next holiday.
