We are up just in time to make breakfast in the main restaurant this morning. The waiters are not overly happy with two late arrivals, so they set the table around us just to make the point.
After breakfast, we go on a 1.3 mile quick walk around the promenade deck. We saw the first immovable object since leaving Tenerife.

Not Sue, but the oil rig on the horizon.

At the bow of the ship, we saw some flying fish, which were impressive but too quick to photograph.
After our exercise, it was off to a talk on the history and country of Namibia, our next port of call. We waited after this talk and were expecting a presentation on street art, but it was cancelled.
We therefore submitted ourselves to dance classes for the Rumba, another dance we now know we can’t do.
We adjourned to the Board Walk cafe and bar to sit in the sunshine with an ice cream and drink.

The next stop was an art talk about Andy Warhol and Banksy but we had to leave before it finished as we had an appointment with the cruise office.

We must have got the winter cruising bug because we booked a 35-day Caribbean cruise in January-February next year. We have never been to the area and love the idea of missing 6 weeks of bad weather in England.
We did not fancy the late night entertainment so settled for a drink and earlier night. Clocks go forward during the night.
